Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InfraThrone DevOps Park ("InfraThrone", "the platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, enrolling in a cohort, purchasing access, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

InfraThrone provides cohort-based DevOps education, production-style labs, assessments, career signals, community features, and related learning tools. Features vary by program, cohort, and entitlements granted at enrollment or purchase.

We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of labs, third-party integrations, or specific cohort schedules.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
• One person per account unless we explicitly approve a shared or organizational account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Access to cohorts, courses, subscriptions, and digital products is governed by the offer shown at checkout and any program-specific terms presented on the relevant sales page.

• Prices, taxes, payment methods, and renewal terms are shown before purchase.
• Unless stated otherwise on the offer page, fees are non-refundable once access is granted.
• We may suspend or revoke access for chargebacks, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
• External enrollment links may route you to a partner checkout experience governed by that provider's terms.

You agree not to misuse the platform or lab environments.

• Do not attempt to disrupt labs, grading systems, leaderboards, or infrastructure.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service without written permission.
• Do not upload malware, abusive content, or material that infringes others' rights.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, outcomes, or employment history in public profile or success story content.
• Do not share account access or attempt to bypass cohort, billing, or role-based restrictions.

InfraThrone and its licensors own the platform, course content, lab definitions, branding, software, and related materials. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access materials for your personal learning while your entitlement is active.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the service, including public success stories or profile fields you choose to publish.

InfraThrone may display labs, scores, achievements, and profile information you choose to make visible. We do not guarantee hiring, promotion, salary increases, or any specific career outcome.

Employers and other viewers make their own decisions. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you publish.

The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Labs simulate production scenarios for learning. They are not a substitute for your employer's policies, on-call obligations, or production change management processes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfraThrone and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or if required by law.

Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the platform, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
